UV Mini uv curing systems are compact table top conveyor dryers with a 30cm lamp cure width.
Complete with variable speed PTFE conveyor belt and quartz window for the lamp.
The quartz window placed between the lamp and the conveyor belt acts as an infra red filter and prevents excessive heat buildup on the substrate under curing.
The conveyor belt is fibre glass coated uv grade to prevent degeneration by uv light.
Manufactured with safety in mind these units have easy access lamp cut-off switches.
Easy to read hour meter and ammeter are positioned to the side of the unit.
An advanced cooling system ensures the uv lamp operates at its optimal wavelength for curing to take place.
The vacuum hold down is positioned beneath the conveyor belt to stop lightweight substrates from moving while on the conveyor belt for curing.
An optional stand is available for this unit.
TTUV are designed for the drying of uv sensitive inks, glues and resins to a very large variety of substrates including: glass, metal, plastic, card, board and wood.
Available as 120 watts per cm as 30 amps per phase, 3 phase or 80 watts per cm as single phase 16 amp.
