Parker uv conveyor dryers are free standing high quality, heavy duty performance machines. Designed for the curing of ink, glue and resin onto a large number of substrates including card, board, metal, glass, wood and plastic. These are highly efficient uv dryers with energy saving transformers. Quartz window positioned below the uv lamp and above the belt ensures excessive infra red heat is not transfered to the substrate being cured. Advanced lamp cooling system ensures the lamp operates at its optimal wavelength. The dryer is mounted on heavy duty castors for easy movement of the machine. Aluminium lamp housing fitted with aluminium reflector gives efficency of cure. Options include twin or tripple lamp systems, multi power levels, dopped lamps and a HMI digital touch screen controller. A very powerful vacuum hold down is standard. Built with saftey in mind the dryer has safety cut-off buttons at each end of the dryer.
