New UV Self Contained unit

 
All Parker uv self contained units are manufactured to the very highest quality. The unit is uv sealed with the light source beneath the unit. It is more compact and versatile than a separate light source and vacuum frame. The flexible rubber vacuum blanket moulds  perfectly around the screen frame holding it firmly into position creating the ideal contact necessary for the screen to be exposured. It is very popular with colleges, universities and large and small printing companies.

Manufactured to CE Standards the unit is fitted with all the latest cut-out mechanisms to ensure operator user safety is guaranteed at all times, when working with ultra- violet lighting.

Yes it really is that easy to use!

Top frame is fixed with the flexible rubber vacuum blanket hinged and supported by two pneumatic gas strutt supports. Once easily lifted by the operator the screen process frame can be laid face down onto the solid glass towards the metal halide lamp below. The vacuum frame when lowered is now secured by frame fasteners; now the screen frame is ready to be exposured. Once the timer setting has been chosen the run button is pressed and the exposure begins.
